Charming House by Vanderbilt, Belmont University

Wonderful location and communication. The house was perfect for our needs. So cute, close to grocery store and restaurants. I’d stay here again. Thanks for being great and caring hosts!

Love the house and host. Felt very welcome. I would stay again and again.

Beautiful home! Very clean, spacious, and close enough to everything.

House was clean and beautiful. My family really enjoyed it. Proximity to Hillsboro Village and Dragon Park was great. We had a leak one night and a loud party going on next door the following night, which made it hard to get some rest, but the property manager was responsive and did the best they could to fix those problems quickly. I was impressed at how responsive they were to reply to messages in the middle of the night when those things happened. The host called me directly to address the issues and make it right. Because of that, I’d call it just some bad luck and be glad to stay there again.

The home was in a beautiful neighborhood. It had a central location that was closed to everything. It seemed like anywhere we wanted to go was 15 minutes in One Direction or the other. The house was very comfortable and it had all the amenities of home
